-Evangline mentioned vampires in her monologue and Stephanie mentioned them in her Q&A on insta a week or so ago. I'm leaning very much into the theory there's vampires in this new series!

FFX Playthrough Part 4

Team Yuna meets Dona(tella Versace)

-I love how when you make it to the boat and all of the sad music is playing, Tidus can just go swim in the ocean.

-Way to read the room, Tidus.

-Love how the ship is powered by chocobos. Spira's all about that Green New Deal!

-I feel like there should be some term for Tidus and Yuna's dads knowing each other, like the fatherning or something.

-Omg, delayed reaction "Siiiiin" guy is the best

-Fishy battles ensue.

-I know there's a thing you can do where you fight these dudes for like an hour to grind levels early on, but I just wasn't feeling it this time.

-My little team of misfits will level up the good ole fashioned way like we did back in my youth.

-And then Kilika gets suuuuper destroyed.

-But like, they knew Sin was a thing, right? Like this really shouldn't have caught them off guard. Why in the world did they build a village right on the ocean? They live right next to a mountain.

-As far as poor city placement goes, Kilika is the New Orleans of Spira.

-The sending cinematic is seriously one of the coolest and most iconic in the whole game. Yuna dancing on top of that column of water is arguably her most defining image.

-Also, Lulu's talk about protecting her "until the end" is more great foreshadowing

-And here comes another iconic side extra: the kid that wants to be a blitzball when he grows up.

-Tidus asking Wakka if now is the right time to worry about blitzball is…a fair question tbh

-Lol Wakka and Lulu totally dragging Tidus when Yuna asks him to be her guardian

-"Yuna, we love you, but this blond idiot is just...so dumb. And bad."

-Ochu has the best dress

-Battling as a melee attacking Yuna basically means that Lulu spends every battle reprimanding everyone that they're not acting the way they should.

-Come on Lulu, you're sending your little blinding doll to stab every wasp you see in their many eyes!

-Eww everyone had to fight gross sin sperm.

-Aww Wakka thinks Tidus is good at fighting.

-What else do you think Tidus is good at with his sword, Wakka?

-Oof, Lulu's laying down the law. Everyone's dead, and you all should feel bad about it.

-Uh oh, bad boys at the Kilika Temple. The Luca Goers are basically The Plastics.

-Oooh and Dona is a diva queen.

-With her muscly hunk of a guardian.

-Icon.

-I mean look at her.

-AND she pushes Tidus into the Cloister of Trials? We're all about a plot progressing queen.

-Which is especially funny because she threw him into a furnace basically.

-Woohoo, now we have Ifrit!

-I'll name him Cupcake.

-Lol Tidus randomly screaming while Yuna nervously laughs is the best. These two are just so awkward.
